Thirst is a family run shop born out of a passion for delicious, non-alcoholic beverages. Founded by sisters Sarah and Kylie Miller in 2025, they plan to share their specialty drinks at local events and markets year round.

Sarah
Sarah's love for food started with frosting, fondant, and a whole lot of imagination. She built her skills creating elaborate custom birthday cakes-often transforming Disney scenes and beloved characters into edible art. For Sarah, food has always been about storytelling, joy, and that wow moment when someone sees (and tastes) something special.
At Thirst, she brings that same creativity to every drink, dreaming up flavour combos that feel playful, nostalgic, and just a little magical.
Kylie
Kylie has spent over 15 years in restaurants, mastering the art of hospitality and fast-paced food service. When she's not behind the counter, she's sketching fun caricatures of friends and family, capturing personality with humor and heart. That blend of people-first service and creative flair shows up in everything she does at Thirst, from building custom drinks to making every guest feel like a regular.
